Claudia Joseph, author of How to Dress Like a Princess, gives a fascinating insight into Kate's fashion and style in Vanity Fair Magazine

Kate has always been praised for her stunning wardrobe particularly when she travels overseas, and our author, royal writer and style observer Claudia Joseph, says a lot of planning will have gone into the outfits she will wear over the coming days on her much anticipated trip to Pakistan.

“I’m sure we will see an extravaganza of colour and frothy fabric, and I expect Kate will pay homage to local designers as well as flying the flag for British talent,” says Claudia, author of How to Dress Like a Princess. “She wore a dark green dress and earrings by the Pakistani designer Zeen when she met the Aga Khan, earlier this month and will be bound to showcase other Pakistani designers on tour. I imagine we will also see her in traditional dress, in bottle green, which is the national colour, and a dress embroidered with Jasmine, the national flower. Her wardrobe will be in marked contrast to Meghan’s tour wardrobe for Africa which was much more casual and less fashion-forward.”
