Yet Here I Am author Deborah Binner joins forces with Fitter Stronger's Paula Kerr

Deborah agreed to be the motivational speaker at Paula’s first post-lockdown Fitter Stronger retreat at the stunning Brands Hatch Place Hotel and Spa in Kent. Deborah spoke movingly of her huge loss, love and resilience to a sold-out audience. The weekend event, which included talks on nutrition and the importance of good sleep as well as exercise classes and great food, was such a huge success that bookings for Fitter Stronger retreat 2022 have already been made!
